Good news! Tin Teddy Die Cuts is once more selling to the United States!

The Royal Mail are collecting and submitting the new US tariffs on our behalf, so American customers do not have to worry about paying for them when their parcel arrives in the States.

As Etsy has not yet bought in a way to add the tariffs to our product prices for American customers, an extra amount (and the small Royal Mail handling fee) have been added to my postage costs for the US.

I have a fixed rate postage fee.

No matter how big your order, you will pay just £6.50 for the postage.

So anyone buying more than about £10 worth of products from the Tin Teddy Die Cuts shop will be saving even more than my usual bulk purchase discounts! So you may want to stock up on your embellishments to take advantage of this.

Like many craft sellers, I am currently unable to sell Tin Teddy Die Cuts to the United States of America.

This is because the US requires the new tariffs to be collected and paid before the package enters the USA. There is currently no system to correctly charge or collect the tariffs via my Etsy shop.

The Royal Mail are collecting and remitting the tariffs for UK sellers, but there are a number of criteria that must be met to use this. As my items have a low price, they don’t really fit the current solutions.

I am continuing to look into every possible way to ensure my dear American customers can continue to buy their Tin Teddy Die Cuts.

Hopefully I will discover a workable solution very soon. I will keep you posted.

Until that time, my sincere apologies to my American customers.

Deborah, Tin Teddy Die Cuts
