By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.

3. Product information

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

We make every effort to describe items accurately and include plenty of pictures to help with this. Please be sure you have read the full description and looked at the pictures so as to be sure you understand what you are buying.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store.

Every computer screen has a different capability to display colors. Also, everybody sees colours a little differently. So there might be slight variations in the colours you see on your monitor or screen and the actual colours in real life.

If your order does not arrive or arrives damaged, please contact us at elgyfu@tinteddy.com so we can sort this out for you quickly.  See the Returns page for more information.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

4. Your Order

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and address, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

We will deliver any physical products to the address you supply.  We can not be held responsible for lost parcels if you have given us the wrong address.

5. Right to cancel

All European customers have the right to cancel their orders of physical items under the European Union Directive on Consumer Rights which gives consumers extra protection when buying online.

You have the right to cancel the purchase of a good without having to give a reason at any time within the “cooling off period” of fourteen working days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods.

If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have cancelled the contract. It is important that you contact us on elgyfu@tinteddy.com before sending the products back so we can ensure you have the correct address and mark the parcel correctly for customs (if necessary). If the parcel is not correctly marked and customs/VAT is charged on entry to the UK, this will be debited from your refund.

We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.

Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation.

You will not have any right to cancel a purchase for the supply of any of the following goods:

  • for products made to your specifications or clearly personalised or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
  • for digital products if they have been downloaded – as they cannot be returned

6. Notices

All notices you send us must be sent to the contact details on this site (elgyfu@tinteddy.com). We may give notice to you at either the email or postal address you provide to us when making a purchase. (Notice will be deemed received and properly served 24 hours after an email is sent or three days after the date of posting of any letter.) In providing the service of any notice, it will be sufficient to prove, in the case of a letter, that the letter was properly addressed, stamped and placed in the post and, in the case of an email that the email was sent to the specified email address of the addressees.

7. Customs fees and other import taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, VAT or other taxes that may be due on receipt of their parcel. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors.

8. Digital Products

You will receive a link to download your digital products once your payment has cleared.  You will receive an email with the links.  Once you have created an account on the Tin Teddy Shop, you will be able to download your files from your account page at any time.

Many of the digital products will be sent in ZIP files.  Please be sure you know how to open ZIP files before buying.

Please see the Tin Teddy Digital Product Usage License Agreement for information on how you may use your digital products.

9. Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

10. Changes to Terms of Service

You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time at this page.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.

11. Conclusion

These terms are governed by English law. Any contract for the purchase of goods from this site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with any such contract will be governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. However, if you are a resident in Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are a resident in Scotland you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
