It’s no good. I can’t deny it any longer.

My crafting corner urgently needs a tidy and reorganize.

My crafting ‘stash’ lives in the corner of my dining room. Basically it is an old computer desk, a tall bookcase and a smaller bookcase (out of the shot on the right).

I have some scrapbook papers etc in files under my desk, they are quite tidy. It is all the ‘little bits’ that have got out of hand, hehe.

I am now in the process of sorting some boxes, and making some simple filing solutions (more details in a tutorial soon). You can see some of my new boxes on the desk, waiting to be used. There is a pretty covered box from Dunelm Mill’s sale. A basic cream DVD box from Lidl. An empty tin from some Chrismas biscuits. And the beautiful tin from some Marks and Spencer Diamond Jubilee shortbread (which was amazingly yummy). To the right of them is an empty wine box (aquired with my shopping the other day, I don’t like wine).

You can also see one of the big spools of orange wool, from which I made my Pangolin Bag.

The ‘junk’ on the bookcase is comprised of things like rubber stamps, embellishments, books and magazines, paint sets and so on.

Now my challenge is to try to get this area looking as good as the studios I am seeing on Etsy sellers’ new About pages!
